Lucid Wine Set to Open R Street Tasting Room in Downtown, Sacramento

The new venue will softly launch to the public February 2022 and the grand opening is set for March 5th

[Sacramento, CA]: Lucid Wine is thrilled to announce the opening of their new tasting room in Sacramento’s lively Downtown neighborhood. 

This location marks a significant expansion for the local winery, as they’ve become known nationwide for their virtual tastings and wine tasting kits. Patrons will now be able to delight in the locale’s natural, organic wine offerings, gather a group for in-person tastings, or book a private event. 

“As a local kid, my dream has always been to launch a winery in my hometown,” says Kevin Luther, owner and winemaker.   “Although we planned for creating a physical wine tasting room in 2020, COVID forced us to go virtual and prompted us to create virtual wine tastings. As first on the market, we’ve grown to be the nations #1 winery supplier of at-home wine tasting kits.”

“Our R Street location marks the return to my original dream of bringing handcrafted, organic wine to Sacramento. We are ecstatic to finally be able to cultivate in-person experiences that are light-hearted, accessible, yet distinct and unexpected.”

In addition to wine, Lucid also serves sparkling mead, apple cider, and sparkling beer wine hybrids known as “Brewvins” - Hazy WIPAs (Wine Pale Pales), HefeWineZens and Wine Port(ers).

The tasting room will be open to the public beginning February 1st, and will serve as both a daily tasting room as well as a private event venue. The tasting room is located on R Street in the W.P. Fuller Building, a distinctive brick building that was constructed in 1913 and home to the original Fuller Paint & Glass Company.

• W-F: 2 - 10PM
• SA: 11AM-10PM
• SU: 11AM-5PM
